Paweł combines technological innovation with regulatory rigor across the AI Act, GDPR and NIS2. He translates complex regulation into concrete business solutions, proving that smart compliance builds market advantage.

He is the founder of Get Compliant, a Warsaw law team for data protection, AI compliance and business law, and of SkillsSurf LLC, its US sister company for AI implementation. As an AI Officer he advises organizations on implementing artificial intelligence and optimizing business processes with autonomous AI agents, with legal and operational safety designed in from the start.

He is the author of Implementing AI in the Organization (C.H. Beck), creator of the 16-Step Method and the ARIA protocol (AI Risk and Impact Assessment), ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, and Editor-in-Chief of the forthcoming AI Officer’s Handbook (Vademecum AI Officera, C.H. Beck). He serves as a peer reviewer for the C.H. Beck journal Prawo Nowych Technologii.

He has successfully protected clients in precedent-setting crisis situations, including court and administrative-court proceedings. His professional path runs through NATO HQ SACT in the USA, the UN Office in Geneva and the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
